Bike MS: Sam's Club Twin Cities Ride, May 10, 2014, is a fully supported, one-day ride starting and finishing at Summit Brewery in St. Paul, MN. This ride offers you a 15-, 25 or 50-mile urban route, ending with a festive finish line celebration. Cyclists at all levels of expertise enjoy this ride.

What to bring to check-in

• You will not be able to participate without confirmed donations totaling your required minimum of $50. Be prepared with cash, check or credit card to pay your remaining balance at check-in.
• Any collected donations or matching gift forms that haven’t been submitted yet.
• Signed waivers: Most riders will have completed an online waiver or paper waiver prior to the event. Anyone who has not yet completed a waiver will need to bring it with them or complete it at check-in 

I Ride With MS

Through a partnership with Genzyme and MS One to One, we're excited to bring the “I Ride With MS” program to the 2014 Bike MS series. Anyone who lives with multiple sclerosis and registers for a Bike MS event will receive a complimentary “I Ride With MS” jersey. During registration, you'll be asked about your connection to MS. Anyone who identifies as having MS will be contacted at a later date with more information. Jerseys will be distributed at event check-in. Questions? Please note: For the safety of all participants, cyclists must be at least 12 years of age by event day in order to participate. Click here for more information about our underage rider policy and to download a waiver, which must be signed and notarized for all participants under age 18.
