We're excited to announce our new 2014 Bike MS: C.H. Robinson Twin Cities Ride route options! This year's ride features 15-, 25- or 50-mile scenic route options with the addition of a 10-mile shortcut in case of bad weather.

All routes will start at Summit Brewery in St. Paul and travel on the banks of the Mississippi into downtown St. Paul. We'll cross the river and ride trhough Lilydale and Mendota Heights and loop back to Fort Snelling for our first rest stop. People taking the 15-mile route will return to the brewery via the Highway 5 bridge (To access the bridge, we'll use the stairway with a bike rail. If you ride a three- or four-wheel bike, please have a SAG transport you to the other side of the bridge).

The 25- and 50-mile routes will bring you through Minnehaha Falls Park where people riding the 25-mile route will cross the Mississippi on the Lake street bridge. People riding the 50-mile route will continue up the river, through Robbinsdale and Golden Valley, returning through Minneapolis on the Greenway to finish back at Summit Brewery.

Rest stops are located at Fort Snelling, the Monument at Summit Ave., National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter office, Memorial Parkway and Theo Wirth Parkway.
