Weather
Bike MS events go on rain or shine. National MS Society staff announces the most up-to-date weather conditions each evening of an overnight event. Official weather reports are provided by Televent DTN. Please seek shelter immediately if you encounter severe weather while riding.

Meals
Participants are responsible for their own meals. Each host town provides several options for dinner including vendors in the parks, shuttles to restaurants or a host city dinner at a church or other local organization. The average rider spends between $20 and $25 a day on food. While on the route, the MS Society provides fruit, water, granola bars and other snacks. Riders also receive a finish line meal on Friday.
