The Ride
Bike MS: Sanford Health Pedal the Plains, Aug. 2, 2014, is a fully supported, one-day ride in Sioux Falls, SD. The ride will begin and end at the Sanford Pentagon, Fieldhouse where cyclists have the option of choosing a 25-, 50- or 100-mile route. Cyclists of all levels of expertise enjoy this ride.

Aug. 1, 5-8 p.m. | Check in early! Join us for a friday night fuel up at Borrowed Bucks Roadhouse (3609 S. Western Ave. Sioux Falls, S.D.) between 5-8 p.m. and complete your check-in before the event. |
Aug. 2 | Ride Day! |
7-9 a.m. | Check-in at our start location at Sanford Pentagon (2215 W. Pentagon Pl. Sioux Falls, S.D.) Have your team photo taken and enjoy a light breakfast before you ride. After checking in, you may begin riding! Note: if you plan to ride the 100-mile route, we strongly suggest you start before 7:30 a.m. |
9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. | Enjoy the route and roll into a festive finish line celebration with music, food and beverages. |
4 p.m. | Route officially closes. Anyone still on the route will be asked to ride in a support vehicle to the finish line. |
What to bring at check-in
Please note: For the safety of all participants, cyclists must be at least 12 years of age by event day in order to participate. Click here for more information about our underage rider policy and to download a waiver, which must be signed and notarized for all participants under age 18.
