Bike MS: Sanford Health Pedal the Plains, Aug. 3–4, 2013, is a fully supported, weekend ride covering up to 150 miles with a festive overnight in Madison, S.D. The ride will begin and end at the Sanford Pentagon, Fieldhouse (2215 W. Pentagon Pl., Sioux Falls, S.D.) Saturday overnight festivities will be at Dakota State University (Madison, S.D.) Cyclists have the option of choosing a 50-, 75- or 100-mile route Saturday, and a new 50- or 75-mile route Sunday!

I Ride With MS
Through a partnership with Genzyme and MS One to One, we're excited to bring the “I Ride With MS” program to the 2013 Pedal the Plains. Anyone who lives with multiple sclerosis and registers for Pedal the Plains will receive a complimentary “I Ride With MS” jersey. During registration, you'll be asked about your connection to MS. Anyone who identifies as having MS will be contacted at a later date with more information. Jerseys will be distributed at event check-in. Questions? Please note: For the safety of all participants, cyclists must be at least 12 years of age by event day in order to participate. Click here for more information about our underage rider policy and to download a waiver, which must be signed and notarized for all participants under age 18.
Looking for a training ride?
Check out the seventh annual Tri-County Tour June 15. Choose an 18-, 30- or 50-mile route with food, fun and door prizes! The ride will start and end in Beresford, S.D., and proceeds will support the Shanna Rae Christensen Memorial Scholarship of the Watchdog Education Foundation.
