For more than 30 years, the MS 150 Ride has brought thousands of riders together to experience the biggest two-day ride in Minnesota. Take on 150 miles from Duluth to the Twin Cities featuring the beautiful Willard Munger Trail.

As soon as you register, be sure to take advantage of our online fundraising tools, including an easy-to-use Facebook application.
All participants must raise the $300 donation minimum in order to ride. If you have not reached that minimum by event check-in, be prepared with cash, check or credit card to pay the remaining balance.

Donations raised through Bike MS directly help people affected by multiple sclerosis through support programs and cutting-edge research. The Upper Midwest Chapter serves more than 17,000 people living with the disease and Bike MS makes a difference to each one.
