We are fortunate to have ample camping space for all those who wish to spend the evening under the stars. For the less adventurous, indoor camping options are available both Friday night in the Proctor High School Field House and Saturday night at Hinckley High School.

All luggage will be transported to Grand Casino Hinckley. For those camping at Hinckley High School, your luggage will be available for you to pick up at Grand Casino Hinckley.

RV parking
For Friday, June 6, RV parking is available at Proctor Fairgrounds in Proctor and for Saturday, June 7, on the Grand Casino Hinckley grounds in designated areas. No hook-ups.

NEW IN 2014: Tent services with Brancel Bicycle Charters
 
Participants can reserve a tent package through our online vendor, Brancel Charters. Choose one night at $65 or two nights at $120 total. The cost includes tent set up and tear down, mattress pad, chairs, beverages and a phone-charging station. Tents sleep up to two people comfortably, and the cost is per tent, not per person. North Branch
Shuttles will be leaving Grand Casino Hinckley at 3, 5, 7 and 9 p.m. Saturday, June 7. On Sunday, June 8, one shuttle will be available at 5:30 a.m. at each hotel to return to Grand Casino Hinckley. If you would like to freshen up while you wait for your shuttle bus Saturday, shower trucks will be available at Grand Casino Hinckley. Remember to bring a towel!

Moose Lake and Carlton

Hotel rooms will be managed under a new Society allocation system. This system is based on feedback from key fundraisers and volunteers. In order to distribute 740 rooms among 3,700 riders, we'll use the following criteria:

• Teams of 10 or more will be given a maximum of 20 percent of their total ridership — based on 2014 team size.
• Riders who raise more than $3,000 in 2014 will secure a room.
• All riders who identify as having MS will receive a room.
• Rooms will be reserved for corporate partners, Society staff, volunteers and vendors at the Society's discretion.
• Remaining rooms will be used as prize incentives and as part of a 50-plus room lottery that will be open to all riders.
